Chair

Paul Hyman

Paul is a sports entrepreneur and environmentalist. After many years with the management team of Ealing Education Department Paul decided to set up his own SUP business called 360 active. He has also set up numerous watersports projects in some of the poorest areas around the world.

Michael Defoe

Michael has been a youth worker for over 20 years in west London. He is  inspirational to young men especially from the BAME community. He is now Director of the iconic Harrow Club in W10 running innovative programmes like the Debate Box helping young offenders with communication skills and leadership.

Sonia Mkoloma

Sonia started with the Trust as a young person from North Kensington benefiting from mentoring and support to help her in her journey to become Captain of the GB NEtball Team winning a Commonwealth Gold medal. Sonia went on to play Netball in Australia and she is now a social worker

Rod Jack

Rod has a wealth of experience over the last 15 year in education and sport as former Head of PE at Phoenix High School in White City in Shepherds Bush. Rod is passionate about Rugby and watersports developing and coaching young people from grassroots to international level

Sally Kettle

Sally is an adventurer and motivational speaker who is the first woman to row the Atlantic Ocean twice from East to West, and once with her mother - earning a coveted Guinness World Record!  All her adventures have been for good causes and she's raised over £500,000 for charity. Sally is also an ambassador for the Girl Guides.

Secretary

Richard Bellars

Richard coaches leaders and their teams to optimise business by empowering staff to be proactive and fulfilled. He also guides ex-Forces veterans through transition into life after the military, and develops mentors for entrepreneurs in the Middle East and Africa. Richard regularly travels to all corners of the world for his own self development and working with small groups on theirs.
